Mastroberardino is an old wine family, the first one of the ten generations that succeeded till today date back to the 17th century and the winery was founded in 1878 by Angelo Mastroberardino. From that date on the family produces and distributes all over the world prestigious wines from the ancient grapes of Campania region. Today 250 hectares of land are cultivated for the production of Aglianico, Greco, Fiano and Falanghina, sited in Irpinia in the three DOCG areas, Taurasi, Greco di Tufo and Fiano di Avellino, with the aim of preserving their identity and ensuring the protection, continuity and development of the indigenous viticulture. The result of this centenary family tradition, always focused on experimentation and development, is represented by a range of 25 wine labels, each one highly characterized, representative of the terroir and witness of the unmistakable Mastroberardino style, famous all over the world and made for centuries only in Irpinia.
