Since 1978 Terredora has been a key player in Campania's viticultural renissance, characterized by the indigenous grapes of Greek-Latin inheritance. Walter Mastroberardino in 1994, at sixty years old, when people usually get retired, started a new adventure with the support of his wife Dora Di Paolo and his sons Paolo, Lucio and Daniela. Terredora wines are almost exclusively produced from grapes of the family estates, all in the most suitable areas of Irpinia, blessed for grape growing.
