Description

The farm "Bajaj" is situated in MONTEU ROERO (CN), in the heart of the Roero area, characterized by great food and high quality wines. At the head of this modest agricultural reality, there is Mr GIOVANNI MORETTI that, from the 90s, with his brother ELIO, and his son ADRIANO, continues a work tradition based on sacrifice, begun years before by the mother's family; the "Bajaj". With the leadership of Giovanni, the farm has been expanded, improving and getting more and more products with top quality profile both in agriculture and in enoic profile. Today the farm "Bajaj" produces a small number of bottles, less than other competitors in the area, but this allows to better follow the production process; from the work in the vineyard to the finished bottle.
