Description

We produce spumante and wine in Ca- nelli since 1831. With passion, knowledge and boldness. We keep innovating our products and productions to reply to the many needs of always new consumers and new markets, if not to anticipate them. The most beautiful evidence of the Bosca tireless dedication is symbolized by the Underground Cathedrals, declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco in the list of "Vineyard Landscapes of Piedmont: Lan- ghe-Roero and Monferrato". They are the silent and secular witnesses of our mis- sion. When entering our Underground Ca- thedrals, in the old center of Canelli, your senses dive into a magic atmosphere. Naves, walkways and transepts open up in wide cross vaults just like in a large Ca- thedral. From this stem the origin of the name that indicates a sort of underground city, right under Canelli, dedicated to the conservation and aging of our most precious sparkling wines. In the Under- ground Cathedrals still today we pro- duce our traditional method spumante, the RISERVA DEL NONNO. It is from the most traditional of our products, which carries down our tradition and expertise of almost 200 years.
