Our innovative winery is located in the historical area of Castel del Monte in the northern part of Apulia. (Video winery presentation: https://www.youtube.com/watchv=vbQ7Ni_BBEQ). Our family wine-making tradition dates back to the '90 when we began cultivating the authoctonous vines of the Castel del Monte Area (Nero di Troia, Bombino Nero, Aglianico, Moscato Reale, Fiano).Since then our primary mission has been the preservation of the terroir, biodiversity and landscape within the Castel del Monte Area relaunching its glorious viticulture and enology heritage producing premium quality wines. In 2012, we have launched the first design winery realised in the Apulian wine-making contest, employing state-of-the-art enology technologies (for example the stainless steel tank temperatures are controlled by an automated remote control system). For its innovative design and cutting-edge technologies our winery has received multiple awards and it has been nominated by the Italian Ministry of Agriculture as a national rural project of excellence.
