Her son Carlo, participated in the first Expo, Paris 1889, when the Tour Eifell was built, where she won a whole series of prizes in this competition. They were among the forerunners of the agritourism business, transforming part of the farmhouses into finely maintained apartments. (7 apartments with swimming pools for a total of 46 beds). The Marquis Bernardo Gondi and his sister Donatella assisted by Bernardo's children: Gerardo and Lapo continue the family tradition trying to maintain what their ancestors have always done.
