Carlo and Marco Carini's adventure starts in year twothousand with the idea to trasform the 150 acres, its hamlets and two small lakes into an activity able to enhance the potenzial of the umbrian territory and tradition. The location between the mountain Tezio and the lowland area of the Trasimeno lake is particularly suitable for the cultivation of vine, olives and breeding, in wild, of the swine cinta senese. In this scenario, distinguished by strongly rooted culinary traditions, the Carini family has managed to create great wines, hight quality olive oils and meat products from former times, all products united by the love for the earth and the continuing research for perfection.
