“Wine2Wine” and Movimento Turismo Vino: talks and reflections on the role of wine tourism today. Understanding the potential and laying a foundation for the future

03/12/2015 On Thursday, December 3, Movimento Turismo del Vino flies to “Wine2Wine” (December 2-3, 2015), an event, organized by Verona Fiere and Vinitaly, dedicated to the wine business

Thursday, December 3 (from 5-6 p.m.) will see Movimento Turismo del Vino among the leaders of a national MTV work seminar entitled “Enoturismo quale futuro? Fiscalità comunicazione e marketing” (Wine tourism, what future? Taxes, Communication and Marketing). An opportunity for talks and reflection – with the top experts in the sector – to evaluate wine tourism today, a strategic sector for the Italian economy, to understand the demands of the wineries and the territories and their potential, to understand what path and direction to take, to allow business owners to play a leading role in wine tourism once again with a fundamental contribution from the establishment.

President Pietrasanta will introduce the session followed by Antonio Gnassi, journalist and University professor, who will touch on the themes of communication, web, and marketing strategies connected to wine; Carlo Cambi will provide useful details and directives about territorial and strategic market; Filomena Maio, national director of Agriturist, will speak on tax issues connected to hospitality in wineries and/or agriturismo structures; and, finally, Matilde Poggi, national FIVI President, will speak about various distance-selling issues.

Currently, “Wine2Wine” is the only event in Italy specifically dedicated to the business part of the wine sector, a chance for the different people who are involved in the production and distribution of wine to meet. Two days of updating, training, sharing, trends, and support tools in the decision-making and business part of an evolving sector.
