Il Movimento Turismo del Vino is launching the on-line survey “Vote for Your Favourite Wine Destinations”

26/03/2013 The first on-line survey to discover the top destinations by region and wine area compiled by wine lovers

Il Movimento Turismo del Vino is launching “Vote for Your Favourite Wine Destinations”: the first on-line survey to discover the top destinations by region and wine area compiled by wine lovers. Starting today until March 30, 2013, you can vote for your favourite and your “dream” destination on our website, also indicating the factors that are intertwined with a territory: from the quality of welcoming services to the countryside to what is offered on-line. Results will be revealed during Vinitaly 2013.

The survey is also an opportunity to introduce the new portal to the public, featuring the completely new look and user-friendly website with more content and even an English version. Check out itineraries for each region, in one click find out about production areas and services offered by the cellars (accommodation, restaurants, tours, tasting and direct sales) on our maps, and read about news from the world of wine as well as all the latest from wineries and regional associations.

These are the newest features on our new site www.movimentoturismovino.it which was created with the goal of guiding our users in getting information about enotourism and the thousand MTV wineries in Italy. Using the map of Italy on our home page, it will be easier to choose destinations for wine tastings: just choose the region and the area of interest and then click on one or all of the proposed services for further information. Under the Itineraries tab, with itineraries organized by the Regions, find suggestions about where to sleep and eat, about how to get there and what to see.

MTV has gone social: from www.movimentoturismovino.it you can access our Facebook profile and Movimento Turismo Vino Tweets to stay in touch with the MTV team, leave comments and read about the latest news and upcoming events by the association.
