Wineries are once again opening their doors for the “Cantine Aperte at Harvest Time” event set for Sunday, September 14. New name, same formula for the event dedicated to one of the most enchanting moments of the winemaking season. An opportunity to spend the last Sunday of the summer with family and friends visiting one of the participating wineries, meeting the producers, and tasting their wines.

Making it even more special, you can be there for the harvest in addition to seeing the grapes arrive at the cellar and the first phases of production. As they usually do, participating wineries are organizing special events such as art exhibits, music and dance shows, and tasting of typical products.

In Puglia, wine lovers may choose from the different territories. In Daunia, Cantine Teanum will be open in San Severo; in the area of Castel del Monte, not to miss are Rivera and the Cantina di Andria in Andria, Torrevento in Corato (Ba) and Villa Schinosa in Trani. In the Magna Graecia area, wine lovers are welcomed by the Produttori Vini Manduria in Manduria (Ta), Trullo di Pezza in Torricella (Ta) and Tenute Eméra in Lizzano (Ta) and, finally, by Due Palme in Cellino San Marco (Br), Cantina Moros in Guagnano (Le) and Leone de Castris in Salice Salentino (Le) in the Salento area.
