Cantine Aperte for Christmas time at Franco Pacenti - Canalicchio

During Cantine Aperte for Christmas the visit of the winery begins extraordinarily in the small Church "Madonna degli Angeli", private chapel of teh family date back to XIV century, in which you can find the fresco "Madonna col bambino" attributed to the exponent of the scuola senese Bartolo di Fredi.
The visit keeps on with the explanation of the entire winemaking process, trough a flavor's trip with a guided wine tasting of 3 or 5 wines: Rosso di Montalcino DOC, Brunello di Montalcino DOCG and Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG. The winetasting will be paired with bruschetta with the brand new Extravirgin Olive Oil from Harvest 2019 and a taste of christmas cakes from the sienese tradition with Grappa di Brunello. Upon request it is possible to add tuscan dishes. This is the occasion to live the Christmas Atmosphere feeling like home with many gift ideas to make Christmas even more special.
