A DAY IN IRPINIA 29th and 30th May 2021



Arrival around 11.00: Meet at the Winery Estate for a welcome outside arrival area with a special personal breakfast bag.

Departure to the vineyards around 11.30: Walk through the old vineyards and olive groves where there will be an explanation of the phenological phases of the vine and of our territory.

Aperitif around 12.15: Arrival on the top of the hill, sit at table for “Drink a Toast and Enjoy a Snack among the olive groves" with our Oro Spumante and our rosé Vela Vento Vulcano accompanied by typical rustic cake.

Lunch around 12.45 at the Restaurant “La Veduta”: “Menu Contadino” of
4 courses with Wine tasting of the Tenuta Cavalier Pepe's wines:

“Brancato” Fiano di Avellino Riserva DOCG 2018
“Terra del Varo” Irpinia Aglianico DOC 2016
“Opera Mia” Taurasi DOCG 2014
Vino aromatizzato “Cerri Merry”

During the lunch children are invited to participate in an educational lab and a marmalade blind tasting.
The activities will finish around 15:30/16:00

The cost for the full day with the breakfast, the visits, the aperitif and the lunch with wine tasting:
50 euro per adult
40 euro for young under 18 years (menu without wines)
For the children, there are 2 options for the day with the lunch:
30 euro per each with the complete child menu
20 euro for the pasta and dessert menu per ognuno con a pranzo: pasta e dessert
Free baby.
You can take advantage of a personalized shuttle service that will pick you up on the SS or JFC Bases with an additional cost of 15 euro per person.
Your safety is important to us! Here is an explanation of the new health protocol:
- Before arrival: Mandatory reservations are required, to include name, residential address and telephone number.
- On Arrival: We will monitor your temperature. Masks are required inside and outside with the exception of when you are having aperitif, lunch or wine tasting.
Sanitizer: Hand sanitizer dispensers are available at each entrance.

- Welcome: Outside arrival area offers gazebos, tables and benches arranged with a safety distance of 1 meter.
- Each guest will receive their own personal breakfast bag with fruit juice, bottle of water and a croissant for children and a salty snack for adults.
- Breakfast and an aperitif are served outside and lunch in the open veranda.
- Each family has its own table for up to 4 people per table or 6 for cohabitants plus children.
- Estate staff are equipped with masks and are trained in safety protocols.
- The rooms and furnishings will be sanitized prior to each use, in full compliance with the anti-contagion regulations concerning Covid-19.
- It is advised to wear practical clothing and comfortable shoes.
- Disabled access to visits, wine tasting and lunch

Following the anti-covid security measures, the visits in the cellar are currently confirmed.

Throughout the year, the estate is open to walks between vineyards and olive groves, tastings and other food and wine activities.
Guided tours and tastings are available by reservation, the cellar is open from Monday to Friday from
9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Getting to the winery:
The recommended route is to follow the A16 Napoli-Bari motorway. Exit at Benevento/Castel del Lago and continue towards Taurasi (13 kilometres) and then towards Luogosano (3 kilometres).
