THE HARVEST DAY from 20st August until 23th October 2022


Arrival around 10.45 am: Meet at the Winery Estate for a welcome with a special personal breakfast bag.

“Preparation for Harvest" around 11 am and Departure to the vineyards where you can attend and/or participate in the harvest and traditional grape stomping! Next, we guide you through a step-by-step explanation of the stages of harvest followed by a grape tasting with the Estate Owner, Milena Pepe, and/or winery technicians.

Stroll through the old vineyards and olive groves where there will be an explanation of our territory.

Arrival to the top of the hill for the Experience “Grape stomping” with your bare feet in wooden barrels, like we did in ancient times and “Drink a Toast and Enjoy a Snack in the vineyard" with our Oro Spumante and a typical rustic cake.

Lunch around 13.00 at the Estate’s Restaurant: “Menu Contadino” of 4 courses with Wine tasting of the Tenuta Cavalier Pepe's wines:

Special diets can be accommodated.
The During lunch our restaurant offers an outdoors playground. They will also enjoy a blind tasting workshop where they will guess and discover flavours by tasting jams and marmalade.
Afternoon: winery tour with an explanation of the vinification process.

The activities will end around 16.30

The cost for the full day with the breakfast, the visits, the aperitif and the lunch with wine tasting:
60 euro per adult
50 euro for young under 18 years (menu without wines)
40 euro per child (menu: pasta with tomato sauce, escalope & French fries and dessert)
Free baby.

We accept small and medium side pets.

Your safety is important to us! Here is an explanation of the new health protocol:
- Before arrival: Mandatory reservations are required, to include name, residential address and telephone number.
- Welcome: Outside arrival area offers gazebos, tables and benches arranged with a safety distance of 1 meter.
- Each guest will receive their own personal breakfast bag with fruit juice, bottle of water and a croissant for children and a salty snack for adults.
- Payment of the day in cash or credit card with the exception of American Express.
We will collect payment for the tour & lunch at the restaurant.
- Sanitizer: Hand sanitizer dispensers are available at each entrance.
- It is advised to wear practical clothing and comfortable shoes.
- Disabled access to visits, wine tasting and lunch
- Free Car parking

Throughout the year, the estate is open to walks between vineyards and olive groves, tastings and other food and wine activities.
Guided tours and tastings are available by reservation, the cellar is open from Monday to Friday from
9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Getting to the winery:
The recommended route is to follow the A16 Napoli-Bari motorway. Exit at Benevento/Castel del Lago and continue towards Taurasi (13 kilometres) and then towards Luogosano (3 kilometres).
