Taranto, wine and food excellences in


From May 21th, 2014 it is possible to attend classes about 'Gusto & Prodotti tipici' – lessons about how to cook local typical products – for free. Such classes are being held in Taranto at the restaurant 'Al Gambero' on the next three Wednesdays, with the following topics:


• WINE – May 21th, 2014
• SEA – May 28th, 2014
• OIL – June 04th, 2014

'Discoverying the delights of Taranto'. This is an event scheduled for the three Wednesdays from May 21th to June 04th where for the first time our cooks – wine and food excellences of Taranto – take the field to enhance the territory. During these three days, such great cooks are holding two-hour guided lessons with a final tasting, for a total of six recipes. Our wines are sponsoring the first lesson, that is being held on Wednesday 21th May 2014 and led by Agostino Bartoli – the chef of the restaurant 'Il Gatto Rosso'.

Reservations can only be booked by email. You can write to officinacucinaricci@gmail.com by specifying on which Wednesday you prefer to attend the lesson and what time (first lesson at 6:00 p.m., second lesson at 7:00 p.m.).
