Monte Zovo, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the moon landing, joins the Wine Tourism Movement to celebrate the magic of vineyards and wine under the sky with the Moon, the stars and the planets.
A summer night, the charm of our terrace overlooking the beautiful view of the morainic amphitheater, an astral path in the spaces of cellar designed in collaboration with the cultural scientific association EmpiricaMente, the combination of Monte Zovo wines with gourmet burgers chosen for us by Oblò Comfort Food Verona.

BURGER ZOLA
100 gr of selected beef, radicchio, walnuts, gorgonzola,
caramelized bacon, honey mustard
BURGER AMARONE
100 gr of selected beef, parmesan wafer, reduction of Amarone Monte Zovo,
caramelized Tropea onion, Belgian endive
BURGER ALL SMOKE
100 gr of selected beef flavored with whiskey, smoked scamorza,
caramelized onion and crispy bacon
BURGER VEGGIE
Patty of radicchio breaded with Monte Veronese and walnuts, on spinach and ricotta,
caramelized shallot Jerusalem artichoke chips
All burgers will be served with cabrette potatoes.
The combination includes a selection of the most representative wines of the Monte Zovo production.
Dessert time.

A glamorous evening in lunar style: a touch of silver is required for the dress code.
CONDITIONS:
The evening will take place in the spaces dedicated to Hospitality.
Admission is scheduled between 8 and 8.30 pm and the final closing time is at 11.30 pm.
The event will also be held in case of bad weather.
It is necessary to book your ticket.
The price includes 2 miniburgers and 2 glasses of wine of your choice, per person.
The burgers will be served from 8.30pm to 10pm.
The Wine list is available for further orders, which can be counted separately.

Tastings are reserved for people over the age of 18.
The price for children up to 18 years is € 15.00.
