Description

A deep respect for the torroir and its people led to the idea of creating a large cellar cut into the colid rock, entirely underground - an approach with low environmental and energy impact. The bare stone-face left visible, the elegant tasting area in modern italian style, the exquisite gardens, the prominent Florentine gazebo and the generous portico all help create a relaxing and inviting environment in which to welcome the visitor.
