Cantina Todini
The Todini Winery is located in the heart of Italy next to the little town of Todi, among the hills of the Umbria region. The founder Franco Todini, knighted with the title of Cavaliere del Lavoro, started as a one man company in the construction sector during the 60s; during the 70s he established the farm Agricola Todini, an estate with vineyards, a small wine cellar, a breeding farm and a large shooting ground. In 1994, a XII century manor was taken over in the property and was renewed and used as a luxury country resort since 1997: the Relais Todini. The farm and the wine production have expanded up to 30 hectares of productive vineyards; in 2008 new cellar was inaugurated the and the Todini farm, in the last years, enlarged the grape production with 30 additional hectares of vineyards. The winery produces today about 200.000 bottles per year and the continuous research for an innovative and advanced production, gave rise in 2013 to a new red and white wine free of added sulfites. The hospitality is integral part of the Company itself and finds its place in a large and elegant tasting room dedicated to wine tourism activities.
