Our Family has lived and cultivated our land in Montefalco since 1568, as documented in the Historical Archives of the City. In 1827, Maria Aloisa was the landlord of the property, a woman of such great culture and wisdom that she earned the appellation of "La Veneranda" ("The Venerable"). During her tenure, she paid great attention and care to the maintenance and production of the land, achieving excellent results in the Vineyard and in the wines and olive oil produced. Today with the same passion and expertisw, we continue to produce high quality products. We produce Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG, Montefalco Rosso DOC and Montefalco Grechetto DOC, as well as producing Umbria IGT white and red.
Directions from the North On reaching Perugia, follow signs for Foligno. Exit at Foligno Nord and follow the S.S. 316 in the direction of Todi-Massa Martana. Once passed Bevagna, head towards Montefalco and you will find La Veneranda on your left side (in the locality Montepennino).
