Tenuti Casoli is a farm that cultivates and transforms grapes from its vineyards located in the respective production areas of the three famous DOCG wines of the province of Avellino: Greco di Tufo, Taurasi and Fiano di Avellino. The farm leads approximately 13 hectares of vineyards and also cultivates native hazelnuts and varieties of apple in organic farming. Wine grapes and wine refinement activities are carried out in the cellars of a noble palace, erected at the end of the 18th century, located in the small hamlet of Candida (AV). The old building, in whose premises, in the past, made wine by transforming the grapes from the land owned by the rich family that lived there, has been the subject of an important restoration action promoted by the company. At present, the facility houses, besides the cellar, some reception rooms, two holiday homes and a small museum of rural civilization - set up in what was formerly the stable of the palace - within which common objects and utensils Agricultural and oenological properties found during the restoration of the palace.
