The Azienda Agricola Violati is the realization of a passion of three generations. Farmers first and winegrowers today, both with the aim of expressing family values of authenticity, elegance and tradition through the products of the earth. The winery, founded by Barbara Violati, it’s a dream come true. Loyalty and respect for the land, the seasons and spaces are the cornerstone of every production. Typically Umbrian, the estate spreads over 160 hectares planted with vineyards, olive groves, legumes and woodlands. The Violati Winery has an avant-garde technology wine cellar, a showroom and a hall exclusively dedicated to wine tastings. The Agriturismo Violati will soon be ready to welcome wine lovers from all over the world. Medieval buildings are located in the historic city center of San Gemini and belong to the Violati family. Some of them have caves, these are used to age a limited edition sparkling wine made with the traditional method.
