An entire weekend of experiments!
From 1st to 4th November
at Ca’ Lustra – Zanovello winery


From Wednesday 1st to Sunday 4th of November we will open our doors to those who want to taste something new. All our wines will be available and, as extra, we will open some very special bottles “born” as experiments. Every year during harvest time we try new ways and styles with our traditional grapes: sometimes we concentrate our efforts in producing ancient grapes, other times revolutionizing the classical “formulae”. For example long or short macerations on the skins, early or late harverts, rifermentations in the bottles and so on.


You will have the possibility to share your impressions with us about some of these particular wines, you will find indeed for taste:

- macerated Garganega
- macerated Moscato Bianco
- rifermented in the bottle Pinello
- rifermented in the bottle Pedevenda
- Garganega dried on rackets
...and a wine you know made in a very different way!


During this long weekend some local cheese and cold cuts platters will be available (service to be paid).

Moreover, we decided to propose an offer on Marzemino Passito for those who love chocolate...also with our Choco&Wine.

Our timelable will be:

November 1st: 10am to 6.30pm
November 2nd: 8.30am to 12.30am / 2.30pm to 6.30pm
November 3rd: 8.30am to 12.30am / 2.30pm to 6.30pm
November 4th: 10am to 6.30pm
