The estate and its land is spread over 128 acres of organic farming vineyard on a spectacular hill in Miralduolo, in the heart of Umbria between Assisi and Perugia. 15 varieties of grapes are grown here. Seventy-four acres of the vineyard are dedicated to the regular production and sale of wines, while the remaining acreage has been designated as experimental vineyard. The company, in line with the deeply rooted family tradition of innovation and the quest for perfection, will, this year, equip an experimental cantina which will work with small quantities of various vines to test the rendering of each type and improve the wine-making process employed for the specific and unique qualities present in the Torgiano fields.
