Published "Wine Tourism 4.0 - Wine Tourism Observatory: the evolution of digital, the most comprehensive manual on wine tourism in Italy," a focus on the wine tourism sector with particular attention to the impact of digital technologies. The manual is the broadest and most documented analysis of Italian wine destinations - cities and wineries - that have been investigated by Nomisma Wine Monitor on a substantial sample of 145 municipalities and 265 companies.
